QUALITY - Not just a buzzword but a way of life at Allread Products L.L.C. From our inception and to the present time, QUALITY has been at the heart of our service and success. So much so, to better serve and assure our customer base that Quality is not just a fad, we embarked on a program to gain ISO 9002 registered status. We achieved this in 1999 and have successfully maintained it since. ISO 9002 is one of the 3 international models for the management of quality in an organization. In order to attain registered status to this standard we had to document our processes and procedures and demonstrate to an accredited EXTERNAL 3rd-party assessor that we had a system in place that assured our customers of Quality. The program ensures that the work carried out is being done to best practices and that all involved in the manufacturing, customer service, inspection, dispatch and other facets of delivering quality to a customer are doing it in accordance with documented procedures
